Special Mobility Driver App
The Bus Driver App is a software application permits reaction drivers to get data from and give data to dispatchers in real-time. Using in-vehicle Android gadgets, drivers can see the current day's route, get to the place of destination, receive traveler data, manage and accept payments, and more.
Process
Our team engaged in stakeholder interviews and conducted thorough research to understand the unique needs of this demographic. The design process involved creating detailed prototypes and mockups, followed by remote moderated testing to ensure usability and functionality. We focused on responsive design to accommodate various device types and created a comprehensive library of components to maintain consistency. The design library was meticulously maintained to support ongoing improvements and updates. Throughout the development process, our team worked diligently to integrate APIs for route management, traveler data, and payment processing, ensuring robust and secure server-side logic for real-time data exchange.
